Delighted & very proud that our lovely Group member Encon have been awarded not one, but two awards at the Construction Excellence Wales 2020 Awards for – SME of the Year & People Development Award!
The SME of the Year Award is a huge achievement for their company & for all the team who worked hard over the years to make Encon what it is today.
The People Development Award for Women into Construction – Career Changers project is a testament to this project and collaboration at it’s finest, alongside their commitment to staff & expanding the skill base of the industry. Huge thanks to the fantastic career changers, project partners, mentors & many others who have supported them on the journey.
